My time managemnet was so good that I had time to help Sabrene clean up and try some of my own and Matildas dish. My partener told me that they thought my dish was very good and they would definately eat it again. I can't wait til she cooks for me!

1/3 cup pine nuts
425g can safcol tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 talespoons finaely grated lemon rind
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup roughly chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
lemon zest to serve
1/4 onion
Method
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water, following packet directions, until tender. Drain
Meanwhile place pine nuts in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until light golden.
Place tuna in a bowl. Add oil, lemon rind, lemon juice, parsley, pine nuts and pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Serve topped with lemon zest.
I have chosen this recipe for Taylah because it has carbohydrates, protein, fibre and has a source of vegtables. I have all so chosen it because it is something that someone with my skill of cooking will be able to cook!

Lesson 11
This lesson we had theory, we went to the library and finished our blogs and did a bit more on our assignment. We all so told Miss Goodchild the ingredients that we going to have in out recipes.
Lesson 10
This lesson we had theory, we worked on our blogs for a while and Miss king helped us prepare for our assignment.
Lesson 9
This lesson we cooked Beef and broccoli noodles. In this recipe there was noodles which is a good source of carbohydrates, soy sauce which was a small source of fat and broccoli which is a good source of fibre. I didn't mind this recipe but its not something I would cook again in the future.

Lesson 8
This lesson we were supposed to make chicken brushetta pasta but because I don't like chicken I made pasta in a tomato paste instead. This was still a healthy choice as the pata was a good source of carbohydrates, the tomatoes and onions were a good vegetable source. This was really nice because pasta in a tomato paste is one of my favourite meals.
Lesson 7
This lesson we cooked fried rice. Fried rice is one of my favourite meals and I was really excited when we were told we were going to make it. The only thing that disappointed me was the bean sprouts which I really did not like. The rice was a good source carbohydrates and the beans and other vegetables were a good healthy choice.
